While general contractor Martines Palmeiro Construction broke ground on the Traverse Apartments in February, vertical construction begins this week in the garage with the lower level garage walls. The Traverse Apartments is Highland Development Company’s first ground-up apartment community in Denver. The project serves as an integral extension of the West Line Village development, steps from Sheridan Station and the Lakewood Dry Gulch trail for pedestrian and bicycle connections.
The Traverse Apartments will be a five-story building that will include a swimming pool, hot tub, rooftop patio, courtyard lounge areas, clubhouse, business center, fitness center, media room, pet spa, and business center space.
