1456 Benton Street Apartments was designed to accommodate the flexible living habits that modern city dwellers face. The stratified bedroom layout ensures privacy when needed. While the living room offers a place for residents to create community space. We have also designed outdoor living spaces to accommodate so tenants can take advantage of Colorado’s great weather. These uniquely designed living quarters suit both newly formed families, roommates, and live-work situations, providing for a broad pool of demand from which to pull.
