Highland Team take the helm to sell projects for streamlined customer experience
Denver, Colo. (JUNE 3, 2019) – Highland Development Company (HDC), Trailbreak Partners and DIRC Homes announced today that the Highland Team will be the exclusive real estate partner selling current and upcoming projects. Jill Samuels will spearhead the remaining home sales of West Line Village and continue the strategic partnership to several new developments coming to the Denver metro area.

As a fourth generation Colorado native, Jill specializes in helping clients who are relocating to Denver; and takes pride in knowing much about the Denver Metro area. She spends much of the work day in urban Denver from her Sloan’s Lake base of 25+ years, but her listings can also be found in the surrounding areas of Arvada, Lakewood, Littleton, Wheat Ridge…even Loveland/Longmont. Jill grew up in Lakewood and has personally witnessed the continuous changes, putting Lakewood on the map as the next vibrant city just minutes from Denver.
