Lakewood, Colo. – DIRC Homes and Trailbreak Partners announced that Phase 2 sales at West Line Village, a transit-oriented development (TOD) located at W. 10th Avenue and Depew Street in Lakewood, Colorado, began on January 10, 2018. With 24 of the 28 homes in Phase 1 already sold, Phase 2 sales are expected to move quickly. The highly anticipated, attainably priced community anticipates model home completion and delivery of its initial completed homes in summer 2018.
