The 89-home community planned for Northwest Denver
Denver-based developer Highland Development Company recently unveiled plans for an 89-home community between the Berkeley and West Highland neighborhoods at 6300 Lowell Blvd. Berkley Shores is slated to include both single-family and townhome floor plans, with homes starting in the $300,000s.
